What is the typical lead time for a handcrafted harp?
As each harp is meticulously crafted by hand, lead times typically range from 8 to 12 weeks depending on the model and current order volume. We will provide a specific estimated delivery date upon confirmation of your order.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our harps worldwide using specialized musical instrument couriers. All international shipments are fully insured and packed in custom-built crates to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for instruments?
We offer a 14-day trial period for all standard harp models. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the instrument in its original condition for a refund, minus shipping costs and a restocking fee.
Do Derwent Harps come with a warranty?
Every new Derwent Harp comes with a comprehensive 5-year structural warranty covering the soundboard, neck, and pillar against manufacturing defects.
Can I customize the finish or wood type of my harp?
Absolutely. We offer a variety of tonewoods including maple, walnut, and cherry, as well as custom carvings or finishes. Please contact our workshop directly to discuss bespoke design options.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. For high-value instruments, we also offer structured payment plans through our financing partners.
